In my opinion, Viber has at least two pros trails. At first, you can communicate with other users providing that they have installed Viber app, no matter their devices run Android or iPhone. Secondly, unlike Spype, you are not required to register an account there. One more thing: Viber integrates your existing address book so that you can take advantage this feature for more convenient than regular ways to get acquainted with someone. On the downside, however, Viber does not offer neither a web-base solution nor desktop application. So unlike Skype, you are not able to use this service from your laptop or desktop. I think it will be more benefit if the service provider can support more platform.
