Few years back, I found Norton everywhere in my country and one of the most remarkable thing I have not forgotten is that this application was very heavy, high RAM usage demand. Probably 4 years went on and this security have still had a good reputation. Few days ago, they just officially rolled out Norton Internet Security and Norton Antivirus 2012 with a bunch of new features. Here I take a look with the new release of a product I have not used so long.
Before testing Norton Internet Security 2012 Beta and Norton Antivirus 2012 Beta, I was very impressive with what the product maker promised. According to the VP Jens Meggers, Norton committed to bring customers one of the strongest solution without slowing down their PC. In the newest release, Norton 2012 will continue to work better in term of protection capacity and performance as well.
New Interface
One of the most prominent update I like the most is the new interface of Norton Norton 2012 Beta. It looks like more professional but quite easy to control and arrangement is very neat. You will have a same felling with me when try to do a task there: comfortable indeed!
As usual, Norton 2012 Beta continues using yellow scheme, mixing with the black. Almost important features “hidden” in the Advance menu. There are 3 choices to start a scanning task in the Scan Now menu.
Scan faster, Remove virus better and Use less resource
Of course, the new release not only gives you some impression with its user interface but also brings many new and improved functions and features. Testing with Norton Internet Security 2012 Beta, you will see the new security suite version only takes few minutes to install completely. In the background running state, it spends 10-11 MB and increase slightly to 40 MB if you do a scan task. Compare to others similar product, it is really acceptable!
By eliminating all files that have rated before, the scanning time span has been reduced significantly. A folk on Go social network said, he used Norton 2012 Beta to scan his computer and the result was very great. Within only 10 minutes, Norton 2012 Beta had finished the scan task in total more 13k objects.

Probably you have ever heard about the exclusive technology of Norton called Norton Insight. In the latest update, the Insight 3.0 has appeared along with many improvements. The security suite will automatically check all downloaded files before allows to run thanks to Download Insight function. Norton 2012 Beta also protects you from all harmfulness while surfing Internet on Chrome, Internet Explorer and Firefox. There is also a checker tool that allows you to check any suspicious website. One more thing: Safe Search function helps you do a search query without worrying about any threat.

You are welcome mate! As far as I know, recently, Norton has lots of improvement specially in term of speed, RAM usage and interface. However, one downside is the trial time span is quite short, if we compare to other security suites such as Kaspersky and Bitdefender. One more thing, they do not offer a Free version like Avast and AVG. Thanks for dropping by!
