Nowadays, online banking is much more exploded than ever since it seems that you can buy almost goods by some simple clicks. From trusted online markets such as Amazon, Dell, Apple Store to recent phenomenons, the Groupon sites, Internet has been the bridge to connect the sellers and buyers, more easily, instantly. As a producer, you can now set up an online store and start your business thanks to lots of available services. Meanwhile, if you have already had a credit card or Paypal account, then you are able to buy almost thing you want via your screen.

However, the problem started appeared then. Not only the language issue but also a very brand-new ways of usage. Definitely, Steganos Online Banking has brought a new definition or concept in protecting online banking transaction. However, probably there should be more convenient in support wide range of customers worldwide, at least in term of language support!
How to use Steganos Online Banking
After finishing installation process, you have to first create a personal profile that includes your password for the sake of prevent other from using the application. You can then apply the license key or continue using 30 days of trial. Here is the screen shot to apply the copyright.
One the main UI, there are total 8 context menus (text and icon) on the top bar in which you can explore by yourself many other options. Kontoauszug means Bank Statement, Überweisung means Transfer, Ausgangskorb means Outbox, Drucken means Print, Empfänger means Receive, Kategorien means Category, Zahlungsverkehr means Payment and Extras means other information.
While I am writing and taking some screen-shots, the application suddenly close up and then require me re-login with my current profile. Another amazing is I can not use the copy function the text on the application ‘s content, so secured indeed!
To get started, you just need to choose the drop- list Neu menu or click on Neuen Bankzugang einrichten (meaning Setting up new bank access) on the middle of the main interface, as the image below:
There will be 3 choices to secure your account: PIN, Key file and Chip card respectively. I choose PIN because this is the most common way to save and remember my personal information.
Then you will be required to fill up few necessary fields and by that, you can prove you are the real holder bank account. At first, it is Bankleitzahl (Bank Account Number). In the next, fill in the Benutzeridentifizierung field with your User Identification including Benutzerkennung (User ID) and Kunden (Customers).
Next, use your Internet address of your banking system you are holding an account there. In the last step, you have to use your current PIN number to pass the checking process. Due to I have not been a customer in any German bank, so it showed I was unable to authenticate my personal information to create a new account there.
I tried to make another experiment with Paypal. Just click on Neu and choose Paypal on the list.
Then you have to login with your Paypal account. In the next step, I use my own account to test. However, I can not fill the password field because it used a virtual keyboard to avoid keylogger. So my testing, one again, fall!
My Open Conclusion!
Perhaps, I have to clarify some important information to you:
- The application only support German language.
- It only support German bank with more than 300 ones.
- I am not sure if it works with Paypal or not since I cannot login into my account. Perhaps I will try one again with a simple password account.
In my opinion, the interface is so professional and encryption methods are really awesome, you will be definitely complete secure while going online business with it. I hope they will extend their service with more support, both language and worldwide bank.
